Pitch an article

Show us the problem, the angle, and the evidence.

Before you submit

Pitch a clear, original story idea before sending a full draft. Tell us what readers will learn, why the topic matters, and what evidence or real experience supports your approach.

Include links to published writing samples, your relevant background, and any important sources. Do not send confidential customer records or material you do not have permission to share.

Contribute to Techlitics

We welcome original contributions from writers, industry specialists, developers, and people with hands-on experience in technology. You do not need to be a full-time journalist, but your work should be accurate, useful, and written for our readers.

What we are looking for

We consider practical tutorials, clear technology explainers, software reviews and comparisons, documented case studies, and informed analysis. Strong pitches explain a real problem, show how an approach works, and discuss limitations as well as benefits.

We especially value first-hand knowledge and clear evidence. A broad idea, recycled article, or sales pitch is less likely to be accepted.

How to send your contribution

Start with a short pitch using the form below. Include a proposed headline, a brief outline, who the article is for, and why you are qualified to write it. Share two or three relevant work samples if available.

Please do not submit a complete article unless our editorial team requests one. We may ask for more details, changes to your angle, or supporting sources before deciding whether to proceed.

Originality, sources, and disclosures

Send only original work that you have the right to share. Credit other people's research, statistics, quotations, and images. Do not present unsupported claims, invented quotes, or untested products as verified findings.

Please disclose relevant employment, client work, ownership, affiliate relationships, sponsorships, or free product access. Articles written mainly to promote a brand or gain backlinks are not a substitute for independent contributions. Our Disclosures and Editorial Policy explain the standards we apply.

Editorial review and publication

Our team may check facts, edit structure and language, request revisions, or decline a contribution. We may also make corrections and updates after publication when needed. Sending a pitch does not guarantee acceptance, publication, payment, a particular publication date, or links to outside websites.

Payment, deadlines, byline arrangements, and other terms should be agreed separately before work begins. Our editorial team has the final say on publication. If your information is a timely company announcement rather than an article proposal, use Submit news instead.
